Irish startup Lette, which is building an AI platform that automates leasing and resident operations for residential property teams, has raised $6.5 million in seed funding. Peak led the round, with participation from existing investor Pitchdrive, Heliad, Foreword VC and Adeline, as well as angel investors including Intercom co-founder Des Traynor.
- Launched in 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette develops AI agents that handle the full resident lifecycle, from first enquiry to signed lease, through resident support, maintenance coordination and flagging missed rent payments.
- The platform works with property management systems operators already use, such as Yardi and MRI, so teams can get started without migrating their data. Residents can reach Lette through email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice or its resident app.
- The company now supports more than 30,000 homes and handles over 60% of resident support and maintenance requests automatically. It says it has cut the time to lease a home from two weeks to under four days. Customers include JLL and large financial institutions in the UK and Ireland.
Details of the deal
- The round follows Lette’s pre-seed funding from Lugus and Baseline. The company has offices in Dublin and London and has grown its team sixfold in the past year.
- The fresh capital will enable Lette to hire across product, engineering and customer operations, deepen its work with UK operators and expand into new European markets in 2027.
