Paris-based healthcare AI startup Granit, which develops AI agents to automate administrative tasks for healthcare professionals, has raised $6 million in a funding round led by Seedcamp, with participation from Rerail, Drysdale Ventures, Purple Fund, Cleo Ventures, Kima Ventures, OPRTRS CLUB, and angel investors.
- Founded in 2026 by Alexandre Sioufi and Corneille Marécha, Granit develops AI agents that manage healthcare providers' administrative workflows, covering the entire billing cycle from patient eligibility checks and pre-authorisations to insurance claims and payment tracking.
- The agents operate directly within the software and insurer portals that healthcare professionals already use, logging in with dedicated credentials to process files, submit claims, follow up on approvals and match incoming payments.
- The platform supports integrations with systems including AmeliPro, Doctolib, Almerys and Viamedis, without requiring healthcare providers to install new software or undertake an IT integration project.
Details of the deal
- With the fresh capital, the company plans to build an AI-powered back-office platform for healthcare providers across Europe, automating administrative processes and allowing medical professionals to focus more on patient care.
