Fundcraft raises €12M to scale digital fund operations across Europe

Paris- and Luxembourg-based digital fund operations provider Fundcraft has raised €12 million in strategic growth financing co-led by Riverside Acceleration Capital (RAC) and CCAP Investments, with participation from existing backers 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures, and Aperture Capital. The financing brings Fundcraft’s total capital raised since its 2021 founding to €40 million.

  • Founded in 2021 by Julien De Mayer, Olga Porro, and Christian Stein, Fundcraft provides technology-enabled services across the fund lifecycle, including fundraising, investor onboarding, administration, reporting, compliance, and portfolio operations. Its platform currently supports nearly 300 funds and more than 20,000 LP subscriptions, representing close to €20 billion in commitments and subscription targets.
  • The company has recorded accelerating commercial momentum in 2026. Fundcraft signed as many new clients in the first six months of the year as it did throughout 2025, while more than half of its new customers were mid-to-large alternative asset managers and private markets access platforms.

Details of the deal

  • The fresh capital will support Fundcraft’s expansion into additional European jurisdictions and strengthen its capabilities for institutional private equity and Buyout strategies. The company will also continue developing automation and AI-powered workflows across investor onboarding, transfer agency, reporting, waterfall calculations, and cross-border distribution.
  • France is a key part of its expansion. In June 2026, Fundcraft received authorization from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) to operate as an AIFM in the country. It has since been selected to support several French fund launches targeting more than €1 billion in combined commitments and subscriptions.
  • Fundcraft also supports private markets access structures, including ELTIF 2.0, evergreen, and open-ended funds, as well as parallel fund structures spanning Luxembourg, France, the US, and Spain.
