Stockholm-based creator marketing platform Fluencify has raised $4.3 million in an oversubscribed pre-seed round led by byFounders, with participation from Wave Ventures. The funding comes six months after the company launched its platform and surpassed $2 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), as Vestbee was informed.
- Founded in 2025 by Erik Romdhane, Isaac Norin, and Sam Stones Hälleberg, Fluencify uses AI agents to manage creator marketing campaigns, covering creator discovery and matching, outreach, briefing, content scheduling, paid boosting, and cross-border payments.
- The platform has more than 13,000 active creators working with brands whose combined market capitalization exceeds $30 billion. Fluencify operates an ambassador model, with creators working with brands on an ongoing basis rather than through one-off sponsored posts.
- The company primarily serves consumer and prosumer software businesses, including companies in AI, productivity, education, and consumer apps.
Details of the deal
- With the fresh capital, Fluencify plans to expand into the US, open a New York office, and build out its US sales operations. The company will also hire engineers in Stockholm, grow its creator network, and further develop its product.
“As building products becomes easy, getting the word out about them has only gotten more important. User-generated content is the purest way to do so: users recruit new users. Erik, Sam and Isaac have a deep understanding of how social media works and have combined that with outlier levels of hustle to create a solution that actually works. The biggest brands in the world need to use Fluencify to keep up their extraordinary speeds of growth," explains Magnus Hambleton, Partner at byFounders.
