Poland’s Coding Giants secures up to €6M to expand across in Latin America and the USA

Warsaw-based Coding Giants, an education platform offering coding, artificial intelligence, and mathematics classes for children and teenagers, has secured up to €6 million in venture debt financing from Orbit Capital, as Vestbee was informed.

  • Founded in 2018, Coding Giants provides practical STEM education to children and teenagers aged 6 to 19. More than 130,000 students have participated in its classes across 13 markets.
  • The company generates approximately $15 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and operates across Europe and the Americas.
  • The platform focuses on hands-on learning in coding, AI, and mathematics, helping students develop analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Details of the deal

  • Backed by Orbit Capital, a growth-stage investment firm managing more than €200 million in assets across venture debt and growth equity vehicles, which focuses on technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

"Coding Giants has reached a stage where venture debt can be particularly effective: the company has a proven business model, generates meaningful revenue and has already demonstrated its ability to operate internationally. This type of financing gives the team additional flexibility to pursue growth opportunities without changing the fundamentals of the business," claims Wiktor Namysł, Partner at Orbit Capital.

  • With the fresh capital, Coding Giants plans to expand its presence in the US and Mexico, while strengthening its operations in Spain. The company will pursue both organic growth and acquisitions.
