Sofia-based startup LAM'ON has secured €500,000 in a pre-seed funding for its eco-friendly and bio-based packaging solutions.

Sofia-based EV charging management platform AMPECO has secured $26 million in a Series B funding round, led by Revaia, with support from Cavalry Ventures and BMW i Ventures.

Sofia-based Cloud Office has secured €2M from Eleven Ventures. This unding will enable the startup to establish its position as "the most recognizable and preferred Google Cloud Partner in EMEA."

Bulgarian electronics manufacturing startup Smart Systems Ltd has secured €8 million in funding from BlackPeak Capital.

Sofia-based VC BrightCap has completed the first close of its BrightCap II fund, targeting €60 million. It will invest in SEE startups, helping them scale into Western European and US markets.

Sofia-based software development company Bianor has raised €6.8 million from BlackPeak Capital. The proceeds will support its growth strategy, which includes expanding operations and customer base in the US, Germany, and Switzerland among others.

Bulgarian e-commerce startup Rush has been acquired by London-based Shop Circle. The transition process will take a few months to fully implement the new strategy.

Bulgarian second-hand auto parts dealer Krik.bg has raised €350,000 to expand its operation in new markets such as the Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, and Greece.
