Paris-based Wegrow secures €7M Series A led by Nauta

Paris-based Wegrow, a digital platform that helps organizations efficiently share and implement best practices to boost collaboration and profitability, has raised €7 million in a Series A funding round led by Nauta, with participation from Wille Finance, Shapr Ventures, ScaleFund, VU Venture Partners, and she1K. This investment will enable Wegrow to expand its platform beyond marketing and sales, introducing AI-driven, customized solutions for finance, supply chain, R&D, and human resources teams.

  • Founded in 2016 by Arnaud Sliwa-Biset, Wegrow offers a digital platform that enables organizations to share and implement best practices efficiently, boosting collaboration and profitability. It simplifies knowledge sharing across teams, reducing time spent on organizing and searching for proven strategies, driving better ROI,  and business success.
  • The startup serves notable companies across sectors like food and beverage, technology, and pharmaceuticals, including Mondelez, Bayer, Campari, HP, Kraft Heinz, Nestlé, Henkel, and Suntory.

“Whenever a team reinvents the wheel instead of re-using a proven best practice, they and their company waste time and money. Having spent 15 years in multinational corporations like Danone, Suntory, and General Mills, I was shocked to see how much time and money was wasted due to this. Our mission at Wegrow is to eradicate this problem, which affects any company operating from several locations," CEO and founder of Wegrow, Arnaud Sliwa, commented.

Details of the deal

  • The Series A round was led by Nauta, a London-based venture capital firm managing over €550 million in assets, supporting B2B companies in sectors such as retail tech, revenue tech, fintech, insurtech, productivity, health tech, enterprise software, dev tools and infrastructure, AI/ML and data, security and privacy, and deep tech.

"Wegrow enables large companies to achieve all of the above by connecting and curating their teams’ knowledge base. Their AI-assisted solution ensures maximum engagement and adoption across the organization. We were impressed by how much value clients recognised they had obtained from using Wegrow and understood why many blue-chip companies are now Wegrow customers," Partner at Nauta Capital, Borja Breña, stated.

  • The investment also saw participation from Zug-based Wille Finance and existing investors Paris-based VC Shapr Ventures, Belgium-based Scalefund, VU Venture Partners, and Singapore-based investment management firm she1K.
  • The capital will help Wegrow establish itself as a global leader by focusing on three key priorities: integrating AI to drastically reduce the time needed to share best practices and solve business challenges, boosting ROI from 10x to 30x for clients by amplifying productivity gains, and expanding the platform with customized solutions for finance, tech, production, R&D, and HR departments to drive ROI across more business areas.
