Versiro, a Norwegian startup that develops software for power producers operating in electricity markets, has raised €2.3 million in a seed round led by Alliance VC.
- Versiro was founded in 2022 by Simon Risanger and Markus Löschenbrand. The company is a spin-out of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology's (NTNU). Versiro develops software that offers strategies for electricity producers functioning in unstable markets. It assists customers in making quicker and more informed decisions in the European energy markets.

- Leading investor Alliance VC is an early-stage VC investing in tech startups in the Nordic region. The company is supported by InnovFin Equity, EIF, the European Commission, and Sam Invest. Alliance VC has around 55 startups in its portfolio.
