TOP 30 European Funding Rounds Closed in November 2022

Another month has passed, and we are back with the next summary of investments in Europe - we would like to present you the TOP European startups that closed financial rounds in November. This month, investors were attracted mostly to Software, Financial Services, Information Technology, and FinTech sectors.

Verkor, founded in 2020, is an industrial company from Grenoble, France, set to amplify battery cell production. Verkor’s ambition is to increase the industrial dynamics of production of low-emission batteries in France to serve the European market. The company has recently secured €250M from Bpifrance, Demeter, European Investment Bank and Groupe IDEC.

Matter Labs

Recently secured series C in the amount of €190.34M was supported by  Andreessen Horowitz, Blockchain Capital, Dragonfly and Lightspeed Venture. The founders are deeply convicted, that the most impactful way to improve the world nowadays is to provide an open and free alternative to its existing and deeply flawed financial system.

Keyrock

Company use trading bots and infrastructure to supply market-making and liquidity services to the ecosystem of cryptocurrencies. They have secured €68.52M during a series B round from Middlegame Ventures, Ripple and SIX FinTech Ventures.

France-based Agriconomie was founded in 2014 as an agricultural technology e-commerce company which provides farmers with a wide range of online tools. The company has recently secured a series B in the amount of €60.48M from companies like Aliment Capital, Temasek Holdings and Treïs.

Modern Milkman

British Modern Milkman, operating since 2018, is a return-and-reuse grocery service with a mission to reduce waste production on the planet. Recently, they have raised series C funding of €57.95M from Avery Dennison, ETF Partners, Insight Partners and Praetura Ventures.

eleQtron

Germany-based eleQtron is a company founded in 2020, which creates and operates quantum computers based on trapped ions, radio frequency control, and Magnetic Gradient Induced Coupling, known as MAGIC. During a seed round, the company recently secured the amount of €50M from Earlybird Venture Capital and Siegerlandfonds. In the near future, the company will run their computers and provide quantum computing performance on a subscription basis.

Cobee has recently secured €40M in series B from Balderton Capital, DILA Capital, Notion Capital, Octopus Ventures and Speedinvest, during their series B round.

It is a company founded in 2018 and located in London, which provides an AI data engine which assists clients in managing datasets. This AI is learning continuously from training data with the littlest human supervision. It recently secured an amount of €31.43M during a series A round from the investors such as Air Street Capital, Amadeus Capital Partners, Ashish Vaswani, Francois Collet, José Valim, Oriol Vinyals, Partech, Radical Ventures and Temasek Holdings.

WeGift

Location: London, United Kingdom

Recently they got  €18.07M during a series A round from Adjacent, Balderton Capital, Hugging Face and Meta.

Cambridge GaN Devices

Bellman

Paris-based Bellman is a company founded in 2019, which empowers property managers with proper technology and services so that they can provide fast and transparent service to property owners. Its platform was developed to manage properties aiming at enhancing residential building administration. A recent series A funding round brought them a total of €3M from Breega and Lakestar.
