Romanian-founded platform Pluria acquires financial service Bili

Romanian developer of B2B Future of Work solution, Pluria, has announced its first acquisition of a Columbian payment solution, Bili, to improve the workplace user experience. The deal's total value is unknown.

  • Pluria was founded in 2020 by Andrei Cretu and Gabriela Draghia. By combining an interaction layer with a selected network of workspaces, the B2B SaaS platform addresses the challenges associated with remote and hybrid collaboration.
  • Users can work together by booking cafes and coworking spaces via the app or by using a dedicated private office. Currently, Pluria features more than 500 cafés and coworking spaces across Latin America and Europe in its app.

"Cafés, where people can share a meal and casually work, are part of the new work infrastructure. By acquiring and integrating Bili, we will elevate this experience, making work days more productive and teams more connected,” says Andrei Cretu, CEO and co-founder of Pluria.

  • Bili is a payment solution for restaurants and cafes. By scanning a QR code, customers can view the menu and quickly pay for their order.
  • With Bili, Pluria’s goal is to increase the number of cafes in its network within the next year.
