They deliver the same performance as plastic microbeads while significantly reducing environmental impact.
- Naturbeads emphasizes sustainability throughout its operations by sourcing cellulose from certified forestry or agricultural waste, utilizing an energy-efficient manufacturing process, and employing non-toxic, recyclable solvents.

- The Series A round was led by Scottish investment management firm Eos, Milan-based VC MITO Technology, CDP Venture Capital SGR, PI-NB, Singapore-based Paragon Capital Management Singapore Private Limited, and angel investors.
- Naturbeads plans to use the funds to advance the construction of its first production plant in Puglia, scheduled for completion in 2025. This facility will enable the company to scale up production of its bio-based, biodegradable cellulose microspheres, providing an eco-friendly alternative to microplastics in consumer and industrial products.
