Prague-based Hedepy has acquired HearMe, a Polish platform specializing in workplace mental health, for an undisclosed amount, aiming to strengthen its foothold in Europe and integrate additional brands, as Vestbee was informed.
About Hedepy
- Hedepy, established in 2020, is an online psychotherapy platform that connects users with certified therapists through a matching test. It offers individual, couples, and teen therapy, as well as online psychiatric care.
- Operating in nine European countries with nearly 1,000 therapists, Hedepy also provides corporate mental health programs and collaborates with insurers to support therapy reimbursement.
- The platform combines online and in-person care while exploring responsible use of technology to enhance mental health services.
About HearMe
- HearMe, founded in 2020 in Poland, is an online platform that provides mental health support to employees.
- It offers therapy via video or chat, organizes webinars, and develops well-being programs for companies. The platform also delivers educational content and tools to monitor and improve workplace mental health.
Details of the acquisition
- After the merger, both platforms will operate under the Hedepy name, with corporate offerings provided through Hedepy for Business, including employee therapy, mood tracking, webinars, and educational programs. HearMe will also contribute local content and improved app features to enhance these services.

- The acquisition adds over 120 professionals to Hedepy’s team. HearMe’s founders, Adam Radzki and Katarzyna Gryzło, are joining the leadership team, Adam as Head of Sales in Poland and Katarzyna leading B2B marketing, helping Hedepy replicate HearMe’s successful corporate model in other countries.
