Oslo-based property management platform Findable, which uses AI to ensure compliance, cut costs, and boost building profitability, has secured €9 million in a Series A funding round.
- Founded in 2021 by Lars Aurdal, Sondre Malde Pedersen, Knut Lembach-Beylegaard, and Fredrik Halmøy Wisløff, Findable is an AI-driven platform that helps companies manage building information more efficiently. It streamlines tasks such as ensuring compliance, enhancing sustainability, and improving operational performance in just minutes.
- With over 2 million documents and 15 million pages processed to date, Findable’s intuitive mobile app offers quick access to critical information through advanced search and chat features, empowering teams to make faster, smarter decisions.
- The startup’s platform is used by the Stavanger Municipality, where over 70,000 documents are now neatly organized and easily accessible. Additionally, Findable supports global firms like VELUX, improving facility management across 36 countries and driving efficiency and operational excellence on a large scale.
Details of the deal
- The Series A round was led by Christoph Janz from Point Nine, a Berlin-based venture capital firm that supports startups focused on B2B SaaS and B2B marketplaces. The firm typically invests between €500,000-€5 million in startups across Europe, the US, and Canada.
- The investment also saw participation from Copenhagen-based KOMPAS VC, Oslo-based Construct Venture, which supports startups in ConstructionTech and PropTech, and Berlin-based VC LakeEight.
- The fresh funding will enable Findable to grow its team, enhance its product capabilities, and expand its operations to the UK, where it is already partnering with leading clients to ensure its buildings are safer, compliant, and more sustainable.
