It improves communication between locations, makes sure tasks are done, and speeds up audits and checklists by 90%. Bitreport also manages action plans, follow-ups, and problem reporting.
“Bitreport is an internal communication transformer for retail and food service chains. We help our clients establish and take advantage of data-driven processes on the frontline which leads to unparalleled operation excellence on every location,” explains Domagoj Rade, the stratup's co-founder.
- In addition to its home market of Croatia, the startup is currently operating in Serbia and Slovenia, with plans to expand across Europe. Its clients include well-known brands like Boso, Leggiero, Batak, Galileo, and Offertissima.
- Bitreport is the ninth investment from Purple Ventures' second fund, which was launched in July. This fund aims to invest €40 million in startups in areas like SaaS, digital health, clean energy, the creator economy, cybersecurity, and education, with a focus on those connected to Central and Eastern Europe
