London-based Ambr secures €1.1M pre-seed round led by Fuel Ventures

London-based startup Ambr, which provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes real-time workplace data to help companies identify and address the root causes of employee stress, has secured €1.1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Fuel Ventures, with support from Look AI Ventures, Loyal VC, SeedBlink, APX, Pi Labs, Veridian Ventures, and Plug and Play. The fresh capital will help Ambr enhance its AI capabilities for more accurate and actionable insights, as Vestbee was told.

  • Founded in 2022 by Zoe Stones, Jamie Wood, and Steph Newton, Ambr provides an AI-powered platform that helps companies combat workplace stress by analyzing real-time data from over 50 commonly used tools, such as Outlook, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
  • The platform anonymizes and analyzes data to identify employee well-being trends, providing personalized recommendations to tackle the root causes of stress. Ambr gathers data seamlessly from daily tools without disrupting workflows or compromising privacy and tracks the impact of interventions over time.
  • Ambr serves notable clients, including Uber, BSC Consulting, and Uplink. Clients report a 20% reduction in employee turnover, a 40% decrease in stress-related absences, and annual savings of up to $500,000 for companies with 500 employees.
