360 Capital raises €30M for new fund to support early-stage startups driving digital transition

Paris and Milan-based 360 Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage, innovative deeptech and digital enterprises across Europe, has raised €30 million for the first closing of its early-stage fund, 360 Digitaly. The fund aims to support Italian startups in their digital transformation efforts.

  • Established in 1997, 360 Capital is a venture capital firm that manages €500 million in assets. The firm is dedicated to investing in early-stage, innovative deep tech and digital enterprises throughout Europe. Its portfolio includes more than 60 startups, featuring companies like Korint, Zefi.ai, Jinko, and Lasers.
  • The 360 Digitaly fund aims to help early-stage startups in Italy grow by backing their efforts to introduce digital solutions to industries that still rely on old-fashioned methods.

"360 Digitaly is a bet on a new generation of entrepreneurs in Italy. We aim to reduce the innovation gap with other European ecosystems and help Italy become the right place to launch startups in the years to come," Partner at 360 Capital,  Lucrezia Lucotti, commented on LinkedIn.

  • So far, the fund has made 5 investments, including Talentware, a tool for managing talent and assessing employee skills; Soource, a procurement platform focused on supplier profiling and pre-qualification; Guidoio, an online platform offering digital driving lessons; Jampy, which provides eco-friendly products for pet care.
  • The fifth startup, Zefi.ai, is an AI platform that analyzes customer conversations to uncover growth opportunities, reduce costs, and boost customer loyalty. It has secured €1.6 million in funding, led by 360 Capital and 14Peaks Capital, to expand its platform among European tech companies and enhance its product offerings for better customer service.
  • The fresh fund received over €30 million from Rome-based CDP Venture Capital, representing the Digital Transition Fund — PNRR, which uses EU resources to promote innovation in digital sectors. After its first closing at €30 million, 360 Capital plans to raise more funds and attract new investors
