Horizon Capital invests in Ukrainian martech company Viseven

The US private equity firm Horizon Capital has announced its investment in Viseven, a global provider of marketing technology, catering to the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. The amount of the deal is undisclosed. 

  • Founded by Nataliya Andreychuk, Vyacheslav Vasylenko, and Roman Vasylenko, Viseven provides digital marketing solutions and services for the pharma and life sciences industry, aiming at saving lives by improving communication. Since the company was launched in 2009, it has expanded to over 30 countries, with development hubs in Ukraine, as well as Argentina, Estonia, India, Poland, and North America.
  • To date, Viseven employs over 700 professionals and serves more than 50 global pharma and life sciences companies, including Abbott, Bayer, Biogen, Servier Laboratories among others.
  • This investment is the third one made out of the Horizon Capital's most recent fund, Horizon Capital Growth Fund IV (HCGF IV), which secured $328 million in December 2023.

  • Horizon Capital is the US private equity firm investing primarily in fast-growing tech and export-oriented businesses in Ukraine and Moldova. It has over $1.5 billion in AUM from investors, raising circa $0.8 billion in growth capital in over five years, including $328 million from HCGF IV. To date, Horizon Capital-managed funds have invested in over 170 companies.
  • Viseven plans to use the investment for the further development and scaling of it technology platform.
